The following information is required from our clients to process our applications.

Two verifications of Income (any two of the following):

  • Consecutive Payslips Times Three (less than one month old)
  • Personal Tax Returns for the last two financial years
  • Letter from employer to verify employment and salary

Confirmation of Genuine Savings:
  • Bank Statements - Six Months (Home Loan Only)
  • Statements of Managed Funds / Share Portfolio etc

Refinancing / Debt Consolidation:
  • Bank Statements of Loans to be Refinanced (Six Months)
  • Credit Card Statements (Six Months)
  • Store Card Statements (Six Months)

Business / Commercial Loans:
  • Financial Statements (Two - Three Years)
  • Directors Personal Tax Returns (Two Years)
  • Projected Cash Flow (12 Months if Held)
  • Interim Financials (if Held)
  • Business Plan / Group Structure
  • Signed Statement of Position for all Directors
  • Copies of Working Account Bank Statements (Six Months)

  • Increase your borrowing capacity by reducing your credit card limits and small debts
